We are interested in your long term goals …and especially in how the candidates in question, can impact those goals and your organization. We want to know what differentiates you from everyone else. We want to identify and recruit those premier employees who will contribute to and thrive in your organization for years!
Upon completion of the client assessment, Bishop Partners would generate an “Engaged Search Agreement”. The agreement clearly spells out what steps we will go through to complete your search in a timely way. It also details the terms and conditions of the search and the commission payment structure.
After discussing and signing the agreement and with payment of the engagement fee, the search begins!
