After being in the recruiting business for decades, he sees literally scores of resumes and portfolios. He knows what works, why it works and how to create impact. He’s had to create and continuously update his own portfolio as photographer for over 25 years. He has an experienced sense of how your work should be presented.
Resumes are arguably, the most important document you’ll ever have to write. Too often, they’re created in a vacuum. Many times there’s the panicked feeling of needing a resume or portfolio (Now!), but only the faintest notion of how to really create a document that appropriately represents your experience, efforts and uniqueness.
