Most individuals have nobody to “bounce their resume or portfolio off of”, or receive feedback about it. They don’t have a chance to see how someone else might do it. There are very few “experts” in the resume consulting business who are easily accessible or affordable. There are even fewer specializing in marketing and creative. Bob is interested in filling that void, by being approachable and providing affordable resume and/or portfolio consulting —in a timely fashion. And yes, even marketing and account service professionals should have portfolios.
